This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our services.
Single Detection ($5.90)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Full refund if the detection result is clearly inaccurate or the service fails to provide results
- Full refund if you haven't used the detection credit within 7 days of purchase
- Case-by-case basis for other situations - contact us to discuss
Note: Once a detection has been completed and results delivered, refunds are typically not available unless there was a clear technical error or inaccuracy in the results.
Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime - You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Use until period ends - After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic renewal - Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of first subscription - Full refund if you've used the service fewer than 3 times
- Service outages - Pro-rated refund if our service was unavailable for extended periods
- Technical issues - Refund or credit if persistent technical problems prevented service usage
Note: Refunds are generally not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days or have been used extensively. However, we evaluate each request individually.

Refund Exceptions
