Welcome to PawCheck ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website and using our AI-powered pet health detection service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

PawCheck provides an AI-powered pet health detection service that analyzes uploaded images of pets to identify potential health conditions. Our service includes:

• Skin condition detection for dogs and cats
• Eye condition detection for dogs
• AI-powered analysis with confidence ratings
• Health recommendations based on detection results

Important: PawCheck is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary care. Our AI analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a medical diagnosis.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Upload only images you own or have permission to use
• Upload only images of real pets (no inappropriate or offensive content)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our AI models
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Consult a licensed veterinarian for actual medical advice

Pricing:

• Single detection: One-time payment per analysis
• Monthly subscription: Unlimited detections, billed monthly
• Yearly subscription: Unlimited detections, billed annually

Billing Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription charges are automatic and recurring
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Single-use purchases are non-refundable once the analysis is completed

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

IMPORTANT: PawCheck is NOT a veterinary service and does NOT provide medical advice.

Our AI analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. The results should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of our AI detection results. AI predictions may contain errors or false positives/negatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawCheck and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any AI detection errors or inaccuracies
• Decisions made based on our service results
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in that policy.

By using our service, you grant us a license to process uploaded images for the purpose of AI analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

All content, features, and functionality of the PawCheck service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are the exclusive property of PawCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
